AIR commissioned spots for CPB's "My Source" public awareness campaign

CPB launched it's "My Source" campaign early in 2008 as a way to "increase recognition of public broadcasting as a valuable resource that informs, enlightens and enriches public life, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting developed the My Source initiative."

AIR asked several member-producers to give it a whirl and come up with spots that could be used in an on-air campaign. We're publishing the spots here on PRX to make them available to stations, and also give interested producers an idea of what some of their colleagues came up with.

CPB is offering stations $4000 grants to commission work from independent producers. AIR encourages producers and stations to pursue this funding, and work together to come up with sort of inspired sounds you'll hear in this series.
