I made these segments as part of an independent study in radio broadcasting at Berea College in Spring of 2013. They were aired on Mountain News and World Report, a public affairs program on WMMT FM, Mountain Community Radio, out of Whitesburg, Kentucky.

I made these segments as part of an independent study in radio broadcasting at Berea College in Spring of 2013. They were aired on Mountain News and World Report, a public affairs program on WMMT FM, Mountain Community Radio, out of Whitesburg, Kentucky. My professor and advisor for this project was Billy Wooten. My editor at WMMT was Sylvia Ryerson. Both were extremely helpful. They were supportive and affirming while also challenging me to produce better work. These are the first radio pieces I have ever produced.
