Host Lead: In the 1970s Richard Nixon declared war on drug abuse and ever since marijuana use has been treated as a serious crime. The Amendment 64 campaign says the War on Drugs does more harm than good and in November they encourage Coloradoans to vote yes on 64 and end the prohebition on cannabis. The No on 64 campaign however, believes an outright war on all drugs, including marijuana, is necessary to preseve a peaceful society.
