Suzanne Briet might have been called an archivist or a librarian, but she used the term "documentalist" to refer to herself. Briet had a broad conception of the word "document," believing that under the right circumstances (as a specimen, in a zoo), a living antelope might be considered a "document." In that spirit, I started ANTELOPIST, a blog originally intended to explore innovative and interesting libraries and archives, but extending to capture "documents" itself as well. These audio documentaries are a part of that collection.
