Summary: Many immigrants come to America looking for a better life with more opportunities. They come with widely varying levels of education and resources. Many times, generational differences lead to tension between parent and child as the child grows up in America.
This piece was really good and interesting to me because I have a few friends that are from other countries I feel as though they have changed greatly from when they first came from their home country I think the American way of life changes some people some for the better and some sadly for the worse, sometimes by being influenced by their peers. I like how in the piece they talked about how the boy being interviewed liked Peru better then America. I wasn't expecting that. overall I really like this piece
