Have had wonderful work experiences including being Iowa State's first elementary school counselor, radio talk show host on WDBQ in Dubuque, Iowa, and now WPKN in Bridgeport, CT, Research Associate at Harvard Business School, Director of Leadership Development for Exxon and Hartford Insurance, and CEO of my own consulting business since 1994.
