I am working as a stock trading analyst for penny stock pick alert. I also enjoy listening to music in my spare time. The first is the inadequate information to the public and this pertains to the Micro-cap stocks and not the NASDAQ Penny Stocks as these stocks are seen on the pink sheets where companies don’t have to file with the SEC as they are not bound to give information relating to the company.

The next thing is that no minimum standards are set and in case the Great Penny Stocks are not able to hold on their own in the major market exchange, then they can be shifted to other exchanges.

The next is the absence of history and these points to Micro-cap stocks and not to the Day Trading Penny Stock. The Micro-caps are from companies that are newly established or companies nearing bankruptcy and have a bad history.

And the last issue is liquidity; if the NASDAQ Penny Stocks lack in liquidity , then their stock may not sell. Liquidity means the volume that the NASDAQ Penny Stocks has or money flow that the stock has. My Groups:
