Chris is a 32-year-old writer and broadcaster. Originally from New Jersey, Chris attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia studying Acting and Stage Combat.
Based in Santa Fe for 10 years, he has been very active in both public broadcasting and non-profit advocacy.
Chris re-located back to Southern New Jersey in 2006 and now uses PRX to supply KSFR in Santa Fe with his regular weekly program.
Chris hosted The Last Hours of Night Radio Program for 7 years on KSFR interviewing State Senators, Governors, and local political activists as well as internationally recognized authors and journalists such as Sut Jali and Greg Palast.
Chris was also proud to serve on the Northern New Mexico Radio Foundation Board of Directors from 2001-2004. NNMRF is a non-profit foundation formed to manage KSFR Santa Fe Public Radio. NNMRF brought KSFR into a new era of local programming and immense community support for independent Public Radio.
In 2005 Chris started-up, produced and hosted a daily audio podcast on behalf of the NORML Foundation in Washington DC. He produced over 550 individual podcasts for NORML in his time working there.
He now brings his interviews with authors and activists to Active Voice Radio.
