Miles Eddy has been involved with his local community radio station KRZA, 88.7 FM, in rural Alamosa, Colorado since 1998. He started as a DJ and is now producing independent radio shorts and feature length shows on a variety of issues. Having received a degree in Computer Science in 1978, he began editing shows for other community members, and is now producing special interest features for a national audience. He owns and operates a small production company called Midi Age Productions, living off-the-grid using solar and wind power, and has the mission statement:
“Using technology to facilitate creative expression.”
His artistic inclinations including composing "New Age" music, as well as being a professional juggle for over 20 years. His most recent radio productions involve working with hospice caregivers.
