Born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois (just outside Chicago). B.S in Geology from Beloit College, and a M.S. in Glaciology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. My previous experience includes being a capitol reporter and the producer of a local science program. Currently Program Director for KVNF in Paonia, Colorado.
