Joined PRX: January 18, 2005

I'm a rising Senior at Carleton College majoring in Philosophy and working out of the 100 student-run, all-volunteer, vital and vibrant watts of KRLX 88.1 FM.

I revel in my idealism and I put a lot of it into radio. I get excited at the thought of radio that opens, that suprises, that nurtures joy, that perturbs and annoys, that is honest and questioning, or that is deeply satisfying in a purely aesthetic, sweet-tooth-for-the-ear kind of way.

In addition to producing indepenendently, I host and produce a bimonthly arts and culture radio magazine called "Periscope Radio". You can hear it at <www.krlx.org>.
