KCAM consists of two radio stations in the Copper River Valley in Southcentral Alaska. The station is located at the edge of Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve, 187 miles northeast of Anchorage at the intersection of the Glenn and Richardson Highways. KCAM-AM went on the air in March of 1964 during the Great Alaska Earthquake. KCAM remains true to its Christian heritage while offering programs to serve the entire community. Programming includes national and local news, local weather, community news, family and children's programs, and a wide variety of music ranging from country to contemporary Christian to oldies.
