Description:

The Jack Straw Writers Program began in 1997 to provide local writers with a new venue for the presentation of their work and to encourage the creation of new literary works. Up to 14 authors are selected to participate annually.

In this series, you will hear from a range of poets that were a part of the Jack Straw Writers Program. They are: Peter Pereira, Kent Chadwick, Kelli Russell Agodon, Felicia Gonzalez, Ted McMahon, Cody Walker, Jared Leising, Kathleen Flenniken, Stephen Thomas, and Clemens Starck.
