CHOICE/LESS is a new storytelling podcast from RH Reality Check that will fully launch with our rebrand in March. In each episode of CHOICE/LESS, we bring you personal stories about reproductive injustice, and the laws that put people in choice-less situations. We’ve released the first episode as a preview ahead of Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt oral arguments this week, a case between abortion providers and the Texas Department of State Health Services.

In this first episode of CHOICE/LESS, we hear from Candice, an activist, Texan, and Latina who will argue in front of the Supreme Court on March 2 against the portions of HB 2, Texas’ omnibus abortion law, being challenged in Whole Woman’s Health.
