A short podcast exploring different aspects of Spanish food and drink. Host Maximilian Eyle is currently living in Minorca and actively reporting on his experiences in the kitchen with history, recipes, and anecdotes.

Maximilian Eyle first traveled to Spain while in college to spend a semester at the University of Seville. After graduation, he returned to teach English in Minorca. While there, his love of Spanish cooking grew and inspired the idea for a podcast on the subject. In each episode of the program, he explores a specific aspect of Spanish cuisine such as chorizo, wine, ham, and coffee.

Since 2011, Eyle has worked in broadcasting for NPR stations across New York State. He was the host and creator of The Iberian Injection, a travel program for students in Spain that aired in Barcelona, as well as Around The Bend - a weekly reggae music show that ran in the U.S. and Spain.
