The Guestlist With Sean Cannon

Series produced by Louisville Public Media

Every week on The Guestlist, you'll hear casual, in-depth conversations and guest DJ sets with musicians, comedians, actors, authors, and other notable weirdos. It's like making a new friend at the end of the bar — and finding out they were in your favorite band.

The Guestlist is a weekly interview show that features casual, in-depth conversations and guest DJ sets with musicians, comedians, actors, authors, and other notable weirdos, like Elijah Wood, John Waters, The Zombies, Wayne Coyne, Wyatt Cenac, Chuck D, Mark Duplass, and Ira Glass. Each week also includes ongoing contributions from folks like Bonnie "Prince" Billy, Tim Harrington (Les Savy Fav), and the AV Club.

Sean Cannon is one of the very few humans to ever coax a famous cat into rapping. In addition to hosting The Guestlist, he's worn many hats in the past: concert promoter, boxer of rock stars, music blogging pioneer, graphic designer, newspaper man, and food eater. People Magazine even called him "[a] host." Now that's a ringing endorsement!
