An investigative series examining sexual assualt in the US military.

In 2010 there were 116 reports of sexual assault at military installations in Washington state and more than 3,000 reported nationwide. Experts agree that sexual assaults are under reported and the actual rate is likely six times higher.

In our three–part series "Less Than Honorable," we look at what is being done to address the problem, the role of the commanding officer after an assault is reported and the psychological fallout for victims.
