During the too-short presidency of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, he and Jackie made the arts in America a priority. Return to Camelot explores the mood of the country, the excitement felt by artists in all fields, and the sorrow that engulfed the nation after Kennedy's assassination. Performance by and conversation with pianist Earl Wild, who played for the Kennedys at Constitution Hall.

Return to Camelot explores the mood of the country, the excitement felt by artists in all fields, and the sorrow that engulfed the nation after Kennedy's assassination. There is also an extensive website where many photographs and documents pertaining to the Kennedy White House are available.

In this program, time is revisited through some who were there, news accounts of the day, and in JFK's own voice. You'll hear music performed in the Kennedy White House as you relive the triumph and tragedy of the early 60's. This is a sound-rich production which features interview segments with Earl Wild, who performed at JFK's inauguration, and Clara O'Dette, who performed at the White House with The Opera Society of Washington. This program is broken into four segments, each is 29 minutes with intro/outro. If you wish to have voicers, promos, intros, etc., I will be happy to provide them upon request.
