MATINEE explores a theme through music written to be performed on stage, in cabaret, or sung in film. Host Janean Jorgensen is an actress and singer with a passion for stories told in song. Even people who say they hate musicals say they like the ‘musical essays’ she creates.
Starting 2010, all shows are :59 with a 1-minute music break at :29. A full playlist is included compliant with both SX and BMI reporting.
