Listen Hear was started by Grinnellians in Fall of 2007 to fill a void within the Grinnell College radio station.
At first, Listen Hear strived to bring Grinnell a kind of audio recap of what was happening on campus. By the end of the third semester, Listen Hear blossomed into stories about Grinnell, but also about unique experiences owed to Grinnell students and staff members. Stories that are on Listen Hear range from sheep herding in Kansas to the most intimately Grinnellian experiences like "100 days" or "10/10", things that exist only in the vocabulary of the 1500 students at the college.
