Blue Highways
Series produced by Eric Mack
A new 'on-the-road' magazine scouring the backroads for the stories, people and places that connect us all.
Blue Highways is a new national 'road trip magazine' that looks for people, places and stories that make connections across the class, racial, geographical, urban/rural and countless other 'divides.'
Blue Highways is available as a 29-minute magazine, a 23-minute version with a news hole, and a series of 5-minute 'Day Trip' modules.
Our first show looks at the Forgotten Home Front of the War on Terror, and is followed by programs dealing with Energy in the New Century, from coal to nuclear and renewables, and our third show looking at disaster recovery across America, from tornado alley to the Gulf Coast.
