Review of The Chieftains

OK, who doesn't love The Chieftains? Even if you don't care for the genre...the sound is irresistible ..which makes it impossible to write anything mean. And in this hour, no need. IT's a fine journey. Tons of anecdotes - mixes of Celtic and Chinese, Celtic and Cuban jam sessions - outrageous and highly entertaining.
There's a wonderful mix of talk and music to keep both "types" of listeners happy. Their Irish origins go beyond national interest as musicians and humans. It's surprisingly eclectic. A perfect way to celebrate the days of Irishness. Joyride Media does it right.
