Computer Talk Radio weekly show for the broadcast week starting September 15th, 2012. Benjamin Rockwell, the friendly nerd , opens with the past weeks news of computers and technology including tablets disturbing your sleep habits, Microsoft retail expansion, iPads in full-time usage in planes (but only in the cockpit), and more. Deb Shadovitz then joins Benjamin to cover the big announcement of the past week, iPhone 5, and together they cover the details of the new phone, as well as discuss if people should buy the 4, 4S, or the 5 now. Benjamin continues on with questions from listeners, including the difference between DSL and Cable when it comes to Internet access speeds, as well as tablet options for someone who is running a Windows 7 phone. Benny then joins in with coverage about some video game developers that were arrested for trying to get more information about an Air Force base in the quest for realism. Benjamin then closes with commentary about how we seem to expect a lot more out of our viewing accessibility to movies, television and more these days, and how we should reflect at times to the days when 8 or 10 TV stations was all you could receive. Read the full description.
