As drought conditions continue in the Bloomington area, demand for water has never been higher. That's according to officials at the city's Utilities department. The Department has been pumping 24 million gallons of water a day out of the Monroe Reservoir. And that's as much as the city's equipment can handle. In the face of unprecedented demand, the Department is warning there may soon be legal restrictions on how residents can use water. Correspondent Joe Crawford spoke with Department spokesman John Callahan for this WFHB feature exclusive.
