Christiane Noll made her Broadway debut starring in "Jekyll & Hyde," creating the role of Emma. For this she received a nomination for Best Actress in a Musical from the Friends of New York Theatre, and a Joseph Jefferson Award nomination for best Featured Actress in a Touring Musical.
Since then she has been living up to her reputation as one of the most versatile actresses in the American musical theater. She has guest soloed with the Dallas, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, National and Jerusalem Symphonies, as well as with the Palm Beach Pops and the Philadelphia Pops.
This special mixes Fred Flaxman's interview with Chrisiane Noll with 13 cuts from three of her CDs. Music is by George and Ira Hershwin, Jerry Herman, Kurt Weill, Irving Berlin, Johnny Mercer, Jerome Kern, Andrew Lloyd Webber and several others.
