A Canadian novelist, he is the author of The Sisters Brothers which won the Rogers Prize in 2011 and Ablutions which was chosen as a New York Time's editors choice in 2009.  Also the screenwriter of "Terri" which stars John C. Reilly and will be released in July of 2012.  patrickdewitt.net/

One of the last great rambling songwriters, Hurley started playing the folk scene in the 60's. He will be singing songs from At Home with Drifting Woods, his forthcoming record which will consist of some his very early recordings.
