On June 30th and July 1st in Hastings Minnesota, The Warrior Dash will be taking place. It's a 5K obstacle course that has participants jumping over flames, maneuvering through barbed wire, crawling and swimming through mud, rope climbing walls with waterfalls pouring down, rappelling and much, much more. Some who compete are electing to become a "St. Jude Warrior" raising money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The hospital takes in children with cancer and other deadly illnesses and treats their condition at no charge. KQAL's Teri Tenseth has elected to be a St. Jude Warrior.
