Begins with "C"?

This is a riddle about a sea horse. Your first impression of "C" is the crux of this riddle. If you think of the letter C, as many people did, you might think of a Charlie horse, or as one Colombian player thought, of el caballo. And those are excellent answers. On the other hand, if you happen to think of the sea, like the ocean, then you're likely to hit on a sea horse or Seabiscuit. It occurs to me that life is a bit like this. The initial inclinations of the mind color our impressions of the myriad of things that come our way.
