ALONG WITH HER LIVING ILLEGAL CO-AUTHORS TIMOTHY J. STEIGENGA, PHILIP J. WILLIAMS AND MANUEL A. VÁSQUEZ, MARIE DID A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF RESEARCH FOR THE BOOK, AND SHE RECENTLY SPOKE WITH US ABOUT HOW THIS RESEARCH HELPED TO PUT A HUMAN FACE ON OUR IMMIGRATION POLICY.
