Four arms, three legs
The whole herd takes off
"One!  Two!  One!  Two!"
They call.

This is a riddle about a three-legged race.   It seemed like a rather difficult one.   I thought the four arms and three legs might get people thinking about cows and milking stools.   But in just over a minute of airing this riddle, two people had submitted the correct answer.   And others guessed it throughout the day.   Eric Johnson in Illinois captured the de-coding process rather succinctly, "It seems like a riddle takes about 3 seconds to solve... but that 3 seconds of clarity may take all day to arrive."
