Review of Seasonal Affective Disorder

Paul MacDonald?s commentary is an honest first person account of depression, seasonal affective disorder and the various approaches to grappling with this illness. The piece is well written and particularly appropriate for broadcast during winter months when SAD is prevalent.

Review of Seasonal Affective Disorder

I listened to this piece with the pre-holiday blahs. Have to say, it grounded me. The narrator is boldly honest an speaks for every person. Feeling depressed. Going to therapy. Getting medication to help alleviate symptoms. Plenty of folks can relate.
