Manchester, VT is at the northern end of the Taconic mountain range, though it's the home of the Southern Vermont Arts Center - one of two places that hosts the annual Manchester Music Festival. We'll pay a visit, talk with Artistic Director Ariel Rudiakov, and take in a diverse program including Antonin Dvorak, and a little-performed chamber music gem by Ludwig Thuille.
