Virginia Mae Snyder lived alone in a house in West Virginia until she was 94. She suffered a drastic fall while gardening; a fall which forced her to give up her home and her independence. This is the story of my Grandmother, but it is also the story of millions of older Americans. This piece was mixed by Sarah Fishman. It excerpts a song by The Books called, “It Never Changes To Stop”.
