Horizon_small In February 2012, the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences recognized classical music in nine different categories. Seven of those nine awards were handed out in recognition of contemporary music. This week we’ll listen to several of the award-winning works. We'll hear music from Eric Whitacre, Steve Mackey, Joseph Schwantner, and Robert Aldridge.
