Gloria Perez is the CEO and President of the Jeremiah Program, a community initiative helping low-income single women and their children in Minneapolis. Prior to this work she was an executive director of Casa De Esperanza, a domestic violence agency in St. Paul. In 2008 she was a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor from the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations, and we spotlight her now for Women’s History Month.
