February 2, 2012: Kirsten Wasson is a poet who grew up in central Illinois and earned degrees from Wesleyan University, SUNY-Binghamton, and the University of Wisconsin. She is an assistant professor in the Department of English at Ithaca College. Her work has appeared in many literary magazines and journals including The North American Review, The Seneca Review and The Kansas Quarterly. Her first collection of poetry, Almost Everything Takes Forever, was published last fall by Antrim House Press.
