Regie Cabico is the first Asian American and queer writer to take top prizes in the National Poetry Slam, has appeared on two seasons of HBO's Def Poetry Jam, and performs throughout North America and the U.K. Regie currently serves as the artistic director of Sol & Soul, an arts and activist organization in Washington, D.C.
Noah St. John is a 15-year-old writer and actor who exploded onto the performance scene by winning the Youth Speaks Grand Slam Championship and representing the Bay Area at the Brave New Voices festival as only a sophomore in high school.
Jack McCarthy is a veteran performer, poet and storyteller whose book, "Say Goodnight, Grace Notes", was released in 2003 by EM Press to rave reviews and whose work has appeared in a number of anthologies, including The Spoken Word Revolution, and the film Slamnation. Jack currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
Kate Ascott-Evans is an alumnus of the prestigious Stella Adler Academy of Acting in Los Angeles, has appeared in the films Play Dead, the highly-acclaimed Los Angeles play "Sensitive Skin", and works with South Africa youth programs while developing a documentary to be shot there.
Joshua Walters is a performer, comedian, beat-boxer, playwright and the star of the acclaimed one man show, Madhouse Rhythm, which has sold out theaters for the last three years.
Sonya Renee is an Internationally Acclaimed Performance Poet, Actress, Educator and Activist who's been seen on HBO, CNN, BET, MTV, Oxygen Network; performing on stages from New Zealand to Scotland to New York, currently residing in Baltimore, MD.
