Enjoyed by All Ages

"To understand Overland Park writer and storyteller Rolland Love, think Mark Twain." Nick Kowalczyk, The Kansas City Star.

"I liked the Fishing Stories recording, your voice sounds very authentic. People will think of an old grandpa sitting in a rocker on a porch in the Ozark Mountains surrounded by his grandkids listening to stories." Jim McLaughlin, author

"Rolland, It's your voice, the voice is what does it! It really fits the Fun stories about "Fishin" in the Ozarks. Looking forward to taking my Grandson fishing and popping in the CD on the way to the Niangua River. I don't know you may even be a better Storyteller than a writer, but then, you wrote what you said. Great Job," Larry Bodinson, retired PI

"Rolland, my fishing partner Chris and I listened to your Ozark Mountains Fishing Stories audio on the way home from a bass fishing tournament on Sunday and it was so good we played it twice. Of course we're hard-core fisherman but I can't imagine anyone not liking the way you tell a story. I loved the sound effects as well." Mike Overmyer, Miami County Bass Club

"My friend Beth and I listened to your Fishing Stories CD on the way back from Colorado yesterday.  We both loved it!!!  You are a natural.  The stories come to life with you telling them!" Cris Siebenlist, English teacher

"Rolland, Your fishing stories CD sounds really great. Have you thought about offering to lead "bona fide genuine Ozark fishing/camping trips" or being a fishing guide for adults from other parts of the country who want a genuine Ozarks fishing experience over a weekend? Included in the overnight package would be, of course, your audio stories. They are so good!," Maril Crabtree, author

Rolland, I listened to your CD on the drive down to Wichita. Laughing out loud several times.  Great Stories...Lots of fun and nostalgic. George Vessel, actor

"My dad and I visited the Ozarks recently and we played your Fishing Stories recording over and over on the trip. Not only are the stories great, there is a lot of thought provoking information about the joy of living in a simpler place and time," John Trager, "Captin' Catfish, Kansas City's Premier Catfish Guide?

Rolland, your memories in the Ozark Mountains Fishing Stories audio revive mine - I remember not only hunting and fishing, we also foraged on the land and brought back gooseberries and chokecherries and wild rhubarb and watercress... the list goes on and on. There's a real value in knowing how to survive and to do with less. That's one of the lessons we've had this recessionary time - how to make do with less and how to stretch money. Living on less means staying home more, but then, we like staying home with each other - so there you are.. JS
