Meet Jefferson Herr. With his family, Jefferson runs Herr Flower Farm in Vale, North Carolina. Flower farming has become very common in Hmong communities in the Western Piedmont. Jefferson wanted to be able to grow flowers year round. He built his greenhouse, with the help of his family and friends, in several months.
