Beer_tent_001_small The beer tent. It's at every state fair, county fair or town picnic. On hot summer evenings or crisp fall weekends, hundreds of people will flock to the beer tent to sip six dollar brew, sit in the shade and listen to cover bands.

But why the beer tent? Why the overpriced, humid canopy over a parking lot or lawn instead of the climate-controlled, reasonably-priced neighborhood bar?
