David Shapiro began his formal education in Missoula at the University of Montana and completed his bachelors degree in Natural History with a minor in Creative Writing from Prescott College. Today David conducts the creative process of project development at Craigmore Creations. From story genesis to research trip planning to story writing, David guides the “in house” works from start to finish. He is a storyteller, animal tracker, ecologist, and a life-long student of nature. David has been described as a “walking field guide” to the flora and fauna of the Pacific Northwest. He is the father of two children with whom he consults about the projects of Craigmore Creations.
Colorist | Erica Melville
Erica Melville earned her masters degree in visual art at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Erica now coordinates the production of the projects at Craigmore Creations and assures that the details come together in a quality final product. She has a wide skill set in art, design, editing and an eye for color, with a love for nature and good stories. Additionally, Erica is a painter of abstract art with exhibitions on both coasts.
Illustrator | Christopher Herndon
Christopher Herndon graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in fine art. Christopher is the creator of 2 acclaimed comic book series and who’s work can been found in numerous comic books, album covers and magazines. Chris’s most recent art has been showcased up and down the Columbia River and he has traveled across the country selling comics and displaying his work. Most recently he has undertaken the gargantuan task of illustrating the Terra Tempo series. This has given him the great opportunity to educate and entertain those young and old about the real life monsters living in our Earths past. Smileodons, Mammoths, and Dinosaurs. Oh MY!
