At first I didn't realize what was happening to me. Waking up later than usual, making my son late for kindergarten two days in a row, everybody has their off days, right?
But it was the day that I arrived to pick my son up exactly one hour early from school that I realized it. The crashing end to daylight savings time, combined with our unbearable 4PM sunsets had done it - I was in the midst of full-blown seasonal vertigo.
So what happens when our third eye clouds over during the short, dark days of winter? What other strange things do people experience at this time of year?
