Sustainability at Miami University in Oxford takes hold in student organizations and campus-wide energy initiatives. The school recently announced that it is preparing to start moving away from its reliance on coal and towards renewable energy.  This occurred after many student groups focusing on green living were formed and a university-wide sustainability committee was created.
