David Francey Interview – Transcript – April 26, 2011:

SUSAN O’LEARY: Canadian singer-songwriter David Francey is about to begin a tour that will see him cover most of North America by the time he’s done in late 2011. Accompanied by his long-time collaborator, co-arranger and guitarist Craig Werth, Francey is touring partly to promote a new album – called ‘Late Edition’ it will be released here on April 26th – and partly because it’s just what he does.

MUSIC: David Francey – “Borderline” (Album: Torn Screen Door)

SUSAN O’LEARY: Since releasing his first album, ‘Torn Screen Door’ in 1999, Francey has covered a lot of ground, bringing his beautifully melodic and deceptively simple songs to audiences all over Canada and the US.
