Photojournalist and war correspondent Tim Hetherington was killed wednesday, April 20, 2011 along with two other journalists while covering the fighting in the embattled Lybian city of Misrata. For his work on the documentary film Restrepo along with writer Sebastian Junger, the two spent months in the Korengal Valley of Afghanistan often regarded as “The Valley of Death.” In memory and honor of Tim Hetherington, Sheri Quinn of Utah Public Radio offers this 13-minute interview segment with Hetherington and Junger about war reporting and their film Restrepo.
