The French Canadian author “Arlette Cousture” published the first volume of the trilogy “The Girls of Caleb” in 1985. It inspired the creation of a Folk Opera with music and lyrics by Michel Rivard. The singer Luce Dufault plays the part of Emilie in the 2011 Production of the show. Both Michel Rivard and Luce Dufault are no strangers to “Bonjour Chanson”.
