Default-2_small Joe Carraro discusses the risks of continuing to antagonize and not engage with Venezuela and the rest of South America while Russia and Cuba cozy up to Hugo Chavez.  We might be about to face another Cuban missile crisis, in Venezuela, when Russia builds an armaments plant there, as they announced.
