Curve of the Earth was produced by Stephanie Rowden and Keith Taylor for the 2007 Third Coast ShortDocs Challenge: Dollar Storeys, which invited anyone and everyone to produce short audio works inspired by one of three items purchased at a dollar store in downtown Chicago: a mug with a feisty message, an old-school bicycle bell and wooden mousetraps.
