Piece Description
"Schadenfreude" is WBEZ-FM Chicago Public Radio's sound-rich, experimental comedy program. It currently airs Saturday afternoons on Chicago Public Radio. The show is the brainchild of CPR general manager Torey Malatia and the critically-acclaimed comedy ensemble, Schadenfreude. ===== In this episode, we send federal agent Dick Proover to the small town of McDonaldland to investigate the murder of former Mickey D mascot Scruffy McMuffin. Agent Proover quickly discovers that there's more to this crime than mere egg and bread. Everyone in McDonaldland had a motive, and everyone is a suspect. Is the question, “Who killed Scruffy?” Or is it “What killed...?,” “When...?,” or “Where...?” Schadenfreude—it's a "Twin Peaks" parody.

Review of Schadenfreude: Twin Arches -- Who Killed Scruffy McMuffin?
Very nice. Humor=good. Campy in the David Lynch sort of way, but not over the top. Love the adaptations of the current "I'm Lovin' It" marketing campaign -- doesn't get old, even though it was reintroduced throughout the half-hour. Excellent production. Garners repeat listens.
