              Danny Hernandez is a long time community activist and a former Journalist, was the first Hispanic elected to local flood control. He represents South Valley and 120,000 people. Danny was fist elected in 1999 and then re-elected in 2002 and 2008.  In this segement he gives us a run down of the  bills that made it to the legislative session and also the ones that are on Governor Martinez's desk awaiting signature or veto.
